When it arrived it was packed very well. Looks like a piece of art, but runs really well.Nothing was missing and I am very pleased with the purchase. I recommend this site because they ship quickly and have great customer service.

This was a very well constructed product.  Completely new to what I was doing the instructions provided were great.  Mike has been fantastic about addressing any questions or concerns that I have had, and I will absolutely continue to do business with them in the future.  I will mention that you have to be careful with the copper parts.  It is possible if you don't use tools to steady both sides in your take down to crack the weld in the arm by putting too much tension on it.  That is to be expected with copper, but for any newbie trying to get started just keep in mind that patience will work out better.

The kit was missing the larer 4"clamp for the connection between the kettle and the stainless piece that goes between the kettle and the copper.

Materials and workmanship are beyond reproach.  All welds and fittings are tight and simple to put together.  Just watch a few of the videos on the Web site and you'll be up and running in no time.  Great product and service.  I'll be back soon for supplies.....
