Great Service

I ordered the 8 gallon unit from Mike in January, in February I sent an email and asked about possible delivery dates. Mike responded and said they were sold out but the following week another shipment was going to arrive, as a business owner I understood and waited. A few weeks pass by and I sent Mike another email asking about delivery dates, Mike called me and said he did not get a full shipment and he was extremely sorry. After apologizing Mike said he was going to ship me a 13 gallon unit with a 3" head at no additional charge if that was ok with me, of coarse I agreed and the rest is history. As a small business owner I understand and appreciate an honest business man, even though he was at the mercy of the manufacturer he made good on his word. You don't run across many guys like Mike at Hillbilly Stills, a true stand up businessman.

Top notch quality, nice people. Only complaint was the delay, was told it would ship several times before it actually did.

They were out of the 8 gallons so Hillbilly Stills upgraded me to a 13 gallon for a minimal charge.

A Great Piece Of Equipment

A superb piece of equipment! Highest quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. Almost a piece of art. Packing was also excellent. You won't find better people to deal with. I highly recommend Hillbilly Stills.
