Here is a great heating system for Kettles of 50 Gallons or more. This system is very well built and is ready to be hard wired in conduit or you can install a male plug to you configuration. This system comes with 2 5500 Heating elements that are individually controlled.  Each element is on a switch, one of which has infinite control of the amperage output. This system can heat up our 50 gallon kettle in 50 minutes to operating temperature if it is agitated. IF no agitator it will heat up in  105 minutes. This is a commercial grade heating system.
