Mike, the workmanship is excellent but am a little dissapointed on a couple of fronts; one being the illustration on your website of the 26 gallon 4 plate setup shows the boiler thermometer as an included item in the photo on the website. I unpacked and plugged the CD that camed with the package and it became clear that you did not include the thermometer and adapter. If I would have known it was not to be included as illustrated then I would have ordered one and tried to save on shipping costs. Secondly, when I placed the initial order, I asked for some books to be included in the order, I recieved everything but the books when the package shipped; I called your sales folks and they shipped the books out, I was charged up the wazoo for shipping, an error by your staff. The shipping method chosen cost me half of what the books cost. I need a thermometer for the boiler and the adaptor; can you give me some help on this item as I am in need of one and feel I should be given a break.

Thanks for the great products and service! The still will bring years of service because its built to last. If your thinking about getting one I would say do it! Im very happy with mine. I look forward to staying in touch with the gang over at Hillbilly Stills, you folks are good people! Cheers :)

You can't believe the quality, both inside and out, on this still. This is not an ethanol still it is an ethanol factory. Based on commercial design used by the ethanol industry today. This is the most enjoyable still I have ever ran. I can't wait for my fermenter to stop so I can run the Hillbilly Flute. All attention and talk turns to it. The looks, the over all beauty and the ture craftsmanship make it the center of attention. The attention don't stop there though, just wait until you start a run on the Flute and watch the jaws drop. Don't waste your money on junk, it's out there people. Buy the top of the line from the start and be happy with your purchase. The Hillbilly Flute is something you can be proud of. Not something you will put over in a corner and drag out only when you need it. My Flute stays out in the middle of my distillery so everyone can see it. The Hillbilly Flute will play a sweet song for you too, if you just order one.
