Use 1 tsp. per gallon. Add to 2 cups of boiling water and allow to boil for 3-5 minutes or until dissolved. Stir gently into wine, or turbo yeast base to fully suspend. Product is usually clear within 24 hours.
A proprietary blend of polysaccharides in a diatomacious earth carrier specially formulated for superior clarification. It has a strong positive charge. Hot Mix Sparkolloid neutralizes the repelling charge of particulate matter allowing aggregation and formation of compact lees.

1 Pound bag of Citric Acid. This can be used to adjust the PH in your ferment. It will decrease the PH. This is also great for cleaning up your copper. Use 2oz. to 1 gallon of water and just let your copper set over night. The next day use some 000 steel wool and it will look great. Very safe to use Food Grade Citric Acid.

Here is our Carbon Filter system. This consist of the 2 inch stainless pipe with a removable screen in the bottom. You can attach this to your boiler and filter 2 gallons of spirit at a time with no worries about spills. This will attach directly to the 8 gallon boilers, or if you have one of our larger boilers you can get one of our 3 x2 stainless reducers and attach it to your boiler.
The filter tube is 24" tall and great for our 1 pound bag of Hillbilly Stills premium grade activated carbon. The funnel that attaches to the top of the tube will hold 2 gallons of product and can also be used as a funnel to fill your boiler with no spills.
We suggest using a coffee filter just below the bottom of the filter tube. I think you will find this a very nice addition to your distilling gear.

Here is the answer for the distillers that wants one still that is very versatile. With this you can make your 4 plate Hillbilly Flute a 6 plate column and gain from 2-4% ABV on a single run. Or you can make your 6 plate a 8 plate. This Add-a-Plate section will connect to your column via Tri- Clamp at the top of your column.
Be sure you order a extra 4" tri-clamp and gasket for this. These are not included.
