Super Kleer KC Finings, 2-part Unit, for 5 to 6 gallons For all wine types and beer and spirits. Liquid Kieselsol & Chitosan finings in 2-part packet. Mixes easily for superb fining. The one, two punch of beer and wine clarifying. Excellent 2 stage fining. Beer or wine drops crystal clear in 12-48 hours. The K is for kieselsol and the C is for chitosan. You add the kieselsol first and stir gently, then wait one hour. Then you dissolve the chitosan in 1 oz of warm water and stir it into your batch. Clearing Agent- Sparkolloid 4oz.

Use 1 tsp. per gallon. Add to 2 cups of boiling water and allow to boil for 3-5 minutes or until dissolved. Stir gently into wine, or turbo yeast base to fully suspend. Product is usually clear within 24 hours.

A proprietary blend of polysaccharides in a diatomacious earth carrier specially formulated for superior clarification. It has a strong positive charge. Hot Mix Sparkolloid neutralizes the repelling charge of particulate matter allowing aggregation and formation of compact lees.

Citric Acid 1 Pound

1 Pound bag of Citric Acid. This can be used to adjust the PH in your ferment. It will decrease the PH. This is also great for cleaning up your copper. Use 2oz. to 1 gallon of water and just let your copper set over night. The next day use some 000 steel wool and it will look great. Very safe to use Food Grade Citric Acid.

Diammonium Phosphate

This can really help your ferments. It is a pure form of yeast nutrient. Contains fermentable nitrogen and phosphorus. Add 1-2 ounces per 5 gallons prior to fermentation to help get fermentation underway.
