Mike,
I have received my Two Plate Vodka Add-On and it is exactly the quality I expected and was delivered the week promised. I have found the trick to producing quality vodka with this, added to my 4-Plate Hillbilly Flute, is like making fine BBQ, run your heat low and slow. Anyone interested in making TTB quality Vodka already having a 4-Plate Hillbilly Flute should consider this add-on. I am also glad I did not try to build this myself, you added the bubble trays at my request and I could not have come close to fabricating what I received.
